A 1960’s split level home who had lived hard and earned her keep. She had good bones and functional layout. She needed a makeover inside and out in order to get ready for the retail market. The key was to keep the best of what she had and enhance the rest. Home went from a $250k value to $460k on a $110k construction budget.
